New visual style of Alien structures. Each Resource Extractor of this type may produce up to 10 tons of natural resources per day, which can be used for the construction of combat droids and buildings, as well as for repair. The Extractor is to be built right on the cluster of natural resources. As this building doesn’t have its own defensive weapons, it is recommended to create a defensive tower near to each Extractor.
New style of Alien Units. The space ARK – an assault aircraft carrier is the flagship of the alien fleet. The ARKs combine the functions of: an aircraft carrier, a mobile command center, a repair station for combat droids and buildings, and a warehouse of resources for logistics support to advancing troops. Due to its universal design, the ARK can move in the atmosphere and outer space. The ARK can accumulate the mined resources, create buildings and units (except special) only in the ground mode.
I've always been inspired by huge steel monsters from WWI/WWII and wanted implement something like that in my game so long. So it's time to test a really big guns!
Heavy orbital/atmospheric battleship “Dreadnought” was designed for bombardment of the planet’s surface and assault operations. This unit can be controlled only in strategy mode and its management is much more difficult than management of other units for several reasons:
- Battleship has limited ammo for weapons that need to be replenished in the Docking Platform.
- Battleship does not pursue the enemy automatically. Its course should be set manually.
- Coordinates of missile and artillery strikes should be set manually.
The cyborg commando “Archangel” was created specifically to be used during the night raiding missions deep behind the enemy lines. The cyborg is equipped with two jet engines for long jumps and a portable neutron reactor which generates an electromagnetic protective shield. It is armed with a double Tesla-katana and a silent automatic crossbow with different types of arrows.
The drone-interceptor is designed to destroy ground and air equipment of the enemy. With artificial intelligence, the drones are capable to independently detect enemy units at a long distance and automatically attack them. They are armed with “Trident” homing missiles and 30mm caliber 6-barrels machine gun on rotating turret. Having the weak armor, the drones- interceptors are very vulnerable target for the enemy’s defensive towers.
The armored combat cyborg which was created to replace the live Republican Guard soldiers in highly dangerous intergalactic missions. It has a robust construction and has basic artificial intelligence. The cyber-guardian is armed with an automatic rifle of 12 mm caliber and an electromechanical bayonet for close combat. This unit is designed for close combat with infantry and vehicles, but poorly suitable for storming buildings. Very vulnerable to enemy air force.

For the first release, all the missions will be unlocked at once. This will avoid unexpected stops in the campaign, since game is not finally balanced yet. Also I will add button "God Mode" just in case. This mode will not give immortality to the player, but will increase his level to a maximum, add money and unlock all weapons and upgrades for fast testing it. As you can see in the video, menu for single player campaign is made in the style of a global map with planet that divided into sectors. For this stage it's just a graphical style for menu to select a mission. But in the future I hope get funding to implement here some elements of turn-base
